Some things just have to be done. Wisely after Salute 2006 the rest of the lads took a seperate car home from me, otherwise who knows what would have happened. I blame Liam myself it was on the way back from Salute 2005 that he mooted wouldn't it be good to do Black Hawk Down as a wargame. Anyway I did mean to work on it during the year and not just the last month before Salute. So without further ado here are the friends that I heavily abused in getting the show on the road, and it is now firml;y on the road, see us at Warfare in November.
The man who gets the vehicles and crew together, shit loads of them. He also patrols the game with a big stick and an Irish accent.
Painter of figures and last minute maker of roofs, along with help from his mother. Acts as eye candy to attract the many young impressionable girls who flock to wargames events.
Board maker, rule critiquer, roof fixer and raw material procurement. If he didn't exist it would be necessary to create him.
Last minute man, Doug arrives takes a job on, this time the resin cars, does it well and then mucks in.
Evil mastermind and friend abuser. Does what ever needs to done and just makes it.
The current set of rules being used, these have been in contact with the enemy and not survived so here is a revised set. In theory these will play faster, we'll find out at Tring in June.
Pictures and, umm, more pictures.
