Here's some of what we got up to along the way.
Dragon Tooth Runners (by Richard Crawley).
Sneak Preview (by Simon). No time for descriptions but they are tasters...
Three Heroes (by Greg). I've started to work on the emperor, jareel and harrek yesterday morning and it s what they were looking like at 2 PM yesterday
Oh and yep, i ve decided to give harrek a boat ! (I copyright the idea !)
Jar eel will have 2 more minies down stairs, one can be seen on the left, just primed in white on the "3 great heroes " picture. The emperor will be added the one just behind him, as if giving orders, (3 great heroes picture) and the viking with the arms in V on the right of the same picture will be aboard on harrek ship.
Foot is Gonn orta's foot.
First Place Trophy (by Sebastian Rogers). Stuck it together on Saturday, started painting it on Sunday, went for a walk, got lost, got home and finished it, total painting and sculpting time three hours, not too bad there.
Plastic dinos from car boot sales (by Jane Williams). Three bases of Behemoths, two of Beasts. All but two painted (you can tell which two), and that static grass we were talking about used on the bases - at the front. The area that hasn't just been walked over by dinosaurs, basically.

Ian's Feathered horse queen
All manner of goodies by Dr Lewis Jardin. Here are some pictures of the very few bases I have completed. Dragonewt riders are on the list of things to do plus maybe some dragonewt blades...
Extension Boards (by Sebastian Rogers). Done and ready to play on. Things to note are that they are relatively flat. They are boxed in (and now I know how not to do it the next set, Mogadishu, will be even better). There are three seperate hills that can be thrown onto them.
Centaur (by JDE). I bought a camera, the days of the scanner are behind me...
Argrath White Bull (by Richard Crawley). This is the Argrath White Bull figure. His riding beast and a spectral white bull will follow.
Minotaurs (by James Ewins). A load of bull from the south west...
Satyr (by James Ewins). Another unimpressive update from the flatbad scanner - the mutilated satyr. His head will be reattached at a jauntier angle, and then hands and weapons will stolen from other figures. And those big holes in both thighs will be sorted.
Blue Moon Trolls (by Richard Crawley). Here are a couple of photos of my first Blue Moon Troll assassin. I'm not entirely happy with the sculpting of the cloak but I'm damned if I'm going to go back and try again.
Androgeus (by Sebastian Rogers). My fifth full sculpt, quite pleased with it in that I can tell where I started work on it by the quality of the sculpting.
Androgeous has very little description but appears to be half-man, half-woman, so here is my take on it.
Cragspider (by Sebastian Rogers). The body is a Centaur Spider by Reaper, the head is a Games Workshop Space Ork from many years ago.
Number One Son found a box labelled "Unpainted Orcs", lets just say it was the size of a picnic hamper, ahem. Inside were some very old Space Orcs and lots of other goodies, such as three Goblin WindJammers.
The body though is wire and milliput, pleased with the back especially. I have sculpted bits of models before but this is only the fourth full body I've done.
Gorakiki Behemoth (by Sebastian Rogers). A RAFM figure I picked up at Beer and Pretzels last year because I had to buy something, it was a convention after all. It went straight into the lead pile. Then when looking for some hostage figures I'd bought I ran across it and immediately knew it was a Gorakiki Behemoth.
A small update from down this way... more can follow if required but it's all likely to be quite dull, with the possible exception of the satyr I've hacked apart pre-conversion.
Cheers
JDE
